We pride ourselves in not loading our formula with high amounts of caffeine. Our S7 ingredient in Entrepreneuro does have Green Coffee Bean Extract and Green Tea Extract within in it. Due to those ingredients our formula has less than 3mg of caffeine total.

Cycling is the habit or practice of actively taking a supplement daily ( the ON of the cycle ) and then taking a break or rest from taking the supplement ( the OFF of the cycle ).  Cycling is thought to reset the body's tolerance so it does not become "used" to the formula. This allows the formula to consistently work up to its true potential and potency. Not all supplements need cycling but we do recommend you cycling Entrepreneuro. We suggest "4 weeks on, 1 week off" ( 28 day / 7 day ) or "5 days on, 2 day off" ( 5 day / 2 day ). Either of these schedules should work great for you!
